Hi, I’m Alessandra, a licensed esthetician in Brazil, New Hampshire, and North Carolina. I began my journey in this field in 2012 and quickly fell in love with it. My purpose is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience while sharing valuable skincare knowledge and delivering high-quality treatments. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A percentage of retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. All clients must complete required intake forms prior to service. Refusal to complete documentation will result in appointment cancellation. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain in the treatment room during the appointment. As the room is small no kids or additional guest is allowed.
